If there is any method to become strong, that is to have a good mix of the following strategies:
Eating better: there are some foods that will be very beneficial for you. Each time you eat fruits such as oranges, pears, bananas, cherries, strawberries, etc. you are giving your body the vitamins and minerals that it needs. As well, it would be good to have a good cereal breakfast, so that you can have a good energy for the rest of the day. If you don’t eat anything too heavy for breakfast, that is going to be good because you would have a better health and more likeliness to have a good life in the long-term. Heavy means anything like hot dogs, hamburgers and pizza.
Walk more often: you may not have that much time to go to a gym but if this is the case, you are always able to take a walk! In fact, you could consider coming back home walking if you don’t use a car but a bus or taxi to go there. The idea is that you can get a very good shape and condition. This will be helpful and it will be useful for your own health. The more you walk the better for your heart. You will be as well diminishing a bit of that belly that you probably do not want to have for so long!
Drink a lot of water: at least 7 to 8 glasses of water are recommended by doctors so you drink them in a daily basis. Maybe that has been a very important flaw you have made but if you consider drinking more water in a very natural way, you will make a habit of it to the point you will do it automatically. It will seem not an effort to drink your water constantly every day after you make the habit!
